Bagry Sports Orthopaedics was established by Dr. Charanjeet Singh in 2008 with the goal to provide comprehensive orthopaedic medical and surgical care including diagnostic, imaging, laboratory, and outpatient consultation services. The clinic specializes in the treatment and management of torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament injuries), knee injuries and disorders, meniscal tears, rotator cuff tears, and shoulder injuries and disorders.
Dr. Charanjeet completed his medical training at the National University of Malaysia (NUM) in 1995. Shortly after, he joined Klang General Hospital and Kuching General Hospital as a Medical Officer. He then became a Trainee Lecturer at NUM. In 2002, he completed his post-graduate training in orthopaedic surgery and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
To further enhance his skills, he went to Australia where he completed his one-year training under the renowned knee surgeon, Dr. John Bartlett at the Warringal Hospital in Melbourne, making him the first Asian fellow to do so.
At Bagry Sports Orthopaedics, Dr. Charanjeet treats patients with sports injuries that affect the knees and shoulders as well as those who are suffering from fractures and degenerative diseases of the bone through arthroscopic repairs using minimally invasive techniques.
