She also completed her specialised physician training and certification in age management medicine.
<p>Dr. Sylvia Ramirez is the medical director of Cutis Medical Laser Clinics in Singapore. She has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years and currently focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various skin and dermatological conditions. </p> <p>She has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of the Philippines, Master of Public Health from Harvard Medical School, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago (USA). She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology from Cardiff University and Master of Facial Aesthetic from the University of Anglia Ruskin. </p> <p>Dr. Ramirez has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, chronic disease epidemiology, nephrology, and transplantation. Prior to the establishment of Cutis Medical Laser Clinics, Dr. Ramirez served as a consultant nephrologist at Vifor International in Singapore, an adjunct assistant professor at the National University of Singapore, and chief of Singapore National Kidney Foundation’s centre for prevention and research. </p> <p>Dr. Ramirez has published in a number of local and international peer-reviewed journals. Her research interests lie in haemodialysis, chronic kidney disease prevention, and acute renal failure.</p>
