Meanwhile, Dr. Julianah Abu is one of the few specialists who have a Masters in Clinical Embryology (IVF) from the National University of Singapore. She specialises in the study of embryology and laboratory in IVF. She also has a special interest in the Management of Menopause, Urinary Stress Incontinence, Vaginal Laxity, and Uterine Prolapse. Just like Dr. Wong, Dr. Abu is also internationally trained. Among her educational and training achievements are the following: MBBS (Singapore), MMED (O&G), MRACOG (Aust), MRCOG (London), MCE (IVF), and FAM (Singapore).

<p>Dr. Michael Wong is a senior consultant urologist at the International Urology, Fertility & Gynaecology Centre at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore. He is also a senior transplant surgeon of the Singapore Kidney Transplant Surgical Team. </p> <p>He graduated from the National University of Singapore with his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) in 1980 and Master of Medicine in Surgery in 1990. He completed his training in internal medicine and urology at Singapore General Hospital. </p> <p>He completed his fellowship in general surgery in Edinburgh and Singapore, fellowship in endourology and urolithiasis at the Institute of Kidney Stone Disease in Indiana (USA), and fellowship in female urology and neurourology at Methodist Hospital in Indiana (USA). He also undertook a residency programme in robotic urologic surgery at the University of Irvin in California, USA. </p> <p>Prior to going into private practice, he served as director of Singapore General Hospital’s urology centre, endourology, and stone disease service and female urology and urodynamics service. He also founded the hospital’s regional endourology fellowship programme and set up its dedicated male fertility clinic. </p> <p>Besides his clinical practice, Dr. Wong is also an associate editor of the British Journal of Urology International. He is currently the only urologist from ASEAN to be elected to the board of directors of the International Society of Endourology (USA) and the only urologist from Asia to be appointed co-chairman of the WHO 2nd International Consultation on Stone Disease held in Paris. </p> <p>Founder president of the Asian Society of Endourology, an appointed deputy director of the Asian School of Urology, and an elected member of the Urological Association of Asia (UAA). He is the former president of the Singapore Urological Association (2009-2012). </p> <p>He is often invited to teach in surgical live-demonstrations and technique-based workshop abroad.</p>
