It is headed by Dr. Mugilarasi Arasarethinam, a certified Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in Occupational Health and Internal Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience and has served the Ministry of Health Malaysia for 15 years. Boasting extensive training in all essential postings in the field of medicine, she possesses a Nutritional Diploma and is a recognized Occupational Health Doctor. She is also a Member of the Royal College of Physician (UK).
<p>Dr. Mugilarasi Arasarethinam is an Occupational Health Doctor. She obtained her MBBS degree in India in 1999 and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2006. She also received her diploma in nutritional therapy from Oxford College in 2013. To date, she has over 20 years of experience and boasts extensive training in various fields of medicine. </p> <p>Prior to going into private practice, she served in the Ministry of Health Malaysia and worked in five different states in the country. She completed her residency at Hospital Daerah Teluk Intan where she gained experience in the fields of paediatrics, general surgery, and obstetrics and gynaecology. She was then appointed as Medical Officer at the same university and was trained to handle various medical and surgical emergencies as well as to conduct emergency abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, manage chest clinic, and conduct stress tests. </p> <p>She is a Member of the Malaysian Society of Obesity, the Academy of Family medicine, the Department of Safety and Health (Ministry), and the Malaysian Medical Council.</p>
