PhysioKit, which has clinics at Camden Medical Centre (Orchard Boulevard) and East Coast Road (Katong) in Singapore, combines the expertise and experience of clinical Pilates, physiotherapy, osteopathy, podiatry, and Gyrotonic® specialists to provide patients with comprehensive, holistic solutions so they can achieve optimal physical health and performance.
The clinic is staffed by London and Ireland- trained healthcare professionals who firmly believe in providing one-on-one approach to tackling individual concerns. Doreen Oen is a Pilates and Gyrotonic® instructor at PhysioKit (Katong branch). She has been teaching for the past 14 years and has helped many stroke patients recover their mobility and function of their limbs.
Shoban Rahulapaskaran specialises in musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy. He graduated from King’s College London and has a three-year working experience at Changi General Hospital where he managed patients with musculoskeletal injuries, cardiorespiratory problems, and neurological disorders.
Marcus Bernini is an osteopath with over ten years of experience. He has also been offering personal training services for the past 15 years to international rock climbers and track and field athletes as well as professional strongman and MMA athletes. He specialises in the treatment and management of all sports injuries as well as in providing pre-and post-operative rehabilitation services.
Emilia Mokhtar is a physiotherapist with subspecialty training in dry needling and clinical Pilates. She is also a qualified rock tape kinesiology practitioner with a Level 2 IRB medical certification. She has over six years of experience.
