S H Ho Urology and Laparoscopy Centre is led by Dr. Ho Siew Hong, a urologist with over 22 years of experience. He is the centre’s senior consultant urologist and medical director. Under his guidance, the centre strives to continuously provide high quality and effective treatment for a wide variety of urological conditions for both local and international patients.
The centre provides adult and paediatric urology services using a combination of technologically advanced equipment and treatment methods and compassionate medical care. Dr. Ho specialises in laser and robotic surgical techniques and performs modern diagnostics and surgical procedures including laparoscopy, percutaneous and endoscopy urology, and robotic surgical procedures.

<p>Dr. Ho Siew Hong is a consultant urologist at Gleneagles Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in Singapore. He has special interests in endourology and laparoscopy. </p> <p>He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He completed his advanced laparoscopy training with an emphasis on extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostate surgery at Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris, France and was a fellow in endourology and laparoscopy at Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia. </p> <p>Dr. Ho has been instrumental in the development of percutaneous and laparoscopic urological surgery in Singapore. He is an active member of the medical community, serving as the honorary secretary of the Society for Men’s Health (Singapore) and treasurer for the Society for Continence (Singapore) and the Singapore Urological Association. He was the organising chairman of the 3rd Japan ASEAN Men’s Health and Ageing Conference. </p> <p>Dr. Hong founded the Singapore Prostate Cancer Support Group, which recognises and addresses the physical and mental health needs of prostate cancer patients. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore (FAMS), Royal Colleges of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glasgow (FRCS), and the International College of Surgeons (FICS). </p> <p>Dr. Hong is a reviewer for the Indian Journal of Urology. He has published in many regional and international peer-reviewed journals on various urology topics.</p>
