Dr. Tan Kar Su is a board-certified ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon. He graduated from the National University of Singapore and is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (United Kingdom). He has over 15 years of experience and completed an HMDP-sponsored full hands-on training at Shimmian Rhinoplasty Clinic in Seoul, Korea. The clinic is a high-volume private centre specialising in rhinoplasty. Dr. Tan is also trained to perform skeletal aesthetic surgeries such as genioplasties, angle reductions, malar reductions, V-line surgeries and jaw surgeries.
Dr. Tan Kar Su is a Visiting Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Changi Hospital, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital. He recently co-authored two chapters in a book entitled Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the East Asian Face, which is due to be published in 2016.

He strives to make rhinoplasty a predictable, safe, and satisfying journey for both his local and international patients by using autologous materials (whenever possible), cutting-edge surgical techniques, and advanced medical technologies. </p> <p>He graduated from the National University of Singapore with an MBBS (2000) and Master of Medicine in Otorhinolaryngology (2009). With a strong passion in rhinoplasty, he pursued his subspecialty training in facial plastic surgery at Shimmian Rhinoplasty Clinic in South Korea (2012-2013) and subspecialty training in ENT and facial plastics at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (2013-2015) in Singapore. Driven to further improve treatment outcomes, Dr. Tan stays up-to-date with the latest advances in rhinoplasty by regularly attending international masterclass conferences and symposiums. </p> <p>Prior to establishing The Rhinoplasty Clinic at Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, he served at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital’s facial plastics service, where he carried out numerous rhinoplasties to treat and solve breathing and cosmetic problems.
