Declan Halpin holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science as well as MSc in Physiotherapy. He also has AAP Dry Needling Certification and is an L1 Crossfit trainer. He is a sports physiotherapist who has worked with various professional sports team including the Singapore Rugby and Indonesian Athletics Olympic Teams. He was also the cover physiotherapist for the New Zealand All Blacks Rugby Team during their stay in Singapore. Declan also worked as an academy physiotherapist for Crystal Palace Football (a professional football club in London, England) and as a rehabilitation coach for the Western Province Stormers Academy (a professional rugby club in Cape Town, South Africa). By combining his expertise, training, and years of experience, he identifies his patients’ weaknesses and imbalances and develops targeted plans to effectively address them.
Paul Doohan is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist currently practicing at UFIT Clinic, which is conveniently located at #6 Raffles Quay, Singapore. Prior to joining the clinic’s team of diverse health professionals, he worked at both public and private sectors (Singapore General Hospital) and with the Football Association of Singapore. Working with different patients of all ages and athletic levels, Paul developed the ability to design targeted interventions that he combines with a healthy dose of education to deliver the best possible sustainable treatment outcomes. Paul combines his knowledge, expertise, and years of experience to provide targeted injury management and prevention solutions so patients are able to play the sports they love without pain and worries.
Sam Brennan holds a BSc degree in Sports Therapy and an MSc degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham and University of Northumbria, respectively. He is qualified in personal training, clinical Pilates, and sports massage. Sam, who specialises in dealing with post-operative and chronic injury patients, combines his training and experience both as a physiotherapist and rugby player in understanding each patient’s unique concerns. He creates individualised treatment programs and provides holistic and comprehensive care that starts from assessment to diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation. He works as a rugby pitch-side physiotherapist for both local and national Singapore teams and provides his services to various dance institutions in both the UK and Singapore.
