Dr. Kang-Taek Lim graduated from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea where he obtained his medical degree from the College of Medicine. With over 15 years of solid experience and after completing various training programmes, he is now a proud Member of some of the most prestigious medical organizations in South Korea. These include the Korea Minimally Invasive Surgery and International Intradiscal Therapy Society. He is also a proud Member of the North American Spine Society and Congress of Neurological Surgeons. Deeply committed to the advancement of his field, he is also a part of the organizing committee of Thailand-Korea Minimally Invasive Spine Symposium (Bangkok, 2013), Vietnam-Korea Minimally Invasive Spine Symposium (Hanoi, Vietnam, 2014), and International High-Tech Spine Surgery Symposium (Seoul, Korea, 2014).
Dr. David Soo-beom Kim completed his medical education at the Seoul National University Medical School, in Seoul, Korea. He then went on to specialize in Orthopedics at the Seoul National University Graduate School of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. To further his education, he completed his Ph.D. at the Orthopedics Gachon University Graduate School of Medicine in Seongnam, Korea. Dr. David is a member of the Korean Orthopaedic Association, Korean Society of Spine Surgery, Korean Musculoskeletal Laser & Radiofrequency Society, Korean Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Academy of Minimally Invasive Spinal Specialists, Asian Academy of Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery, and Korean Minimal Invasive Spinal Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American Board of Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery and Medical Science (FABMISS) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (FRCS). Today, Dr. David is one of the distinguished surgeons at Wooridul Hospital in Korea. The hospital is known as the world’s largest spine and joint specialized hospital and is famous for its establishment of the “Patient Exclusive Treatment Team” concept.
