Dr. Andrew Quoc Dutton is an orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty interests in arthroscopic/keyhole and sports surgery as well as cartilage regeneration and joint/ligament reconstruction, stem cell therapy, and joint replacements. He is the medical director of the SMG Orthopaedic Group at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore.
He completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales in Australia and subspecialty orthopaedic training at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital in the United States.
Prior to going into private practice, he served as fellowship director for sports surgery and assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery at the National University Hospital (NUH) as well as consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Raffles Hospital. He also founded Singapore’s first sports surgery registry at NUH and played a crucial role in the establishment of the hip and knee joint registry.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS) and Harvard Orthopaedic Surgery (USA).
