Dr. Dinesh Garg is considered one of the leading eye surgeons and vitreoretinal specialists in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. His career in ophthalmology started following his graduation from Government Medical College and the completion of his fellowship in Chennai, India. He then furthered his knowledge and completed his training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery and phacoemulsification from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) in New Delhi. In 1999, he went to the United Kingdom and completed his one and a half-year fellowship at Tennent Institute of Ophthalmology in Glasgow.
Upon his return to India, he joined Dayanand Medical College where he served as a consultant for over 17 years. This position has deepened his knowledge on a wide range of eye conditions and honed his skills in performing laser procedures and surgical operations.
