Dr. Razali Bin Omar is a consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist at Cardiac Vascular Sentral Kuala Lumpur. He has more than 30 years of specialist practice experience.
He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (1986) and Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine (1994) at the National University of Malaysia. He completed his internship at Hospital Sultanah Aminah and residency and subspecialty training at the National Heart Institute. He also received training at the Mayo Clinic (USA), where he served as a visiting fellow in electrophysiology in 1996.
Dr. Omar is a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS), National Heart Association of Malaysia (FNHAM), and the American College of Cardiology (FACC).
Before joining Cardiac Vascular Sentral Kuala Lumpur, he served as a senior consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist as well as director of electrophysiology at the National Heart Institute in Kuala Lumpur. He is also the former president of the Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology Malaysia (SOPACE).
