Dr. Ernest Ng Wee Oon is a consultant cardiologist at Pantai Hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has subspecialty expertise in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and pacing. He provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiac conditions with services that include percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), cardiac resynchronisation therapy, implantation of permanent pacemakers, and cardiac ablation treatment.
He obtained his medical degree from Leicester University Medical School in 1996, membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP) in 2001, and accreditation from the Heart Rhythm UK in 2006.
Dr. Ng was subsequently conferred Fellow of the National Heart Association of Malaysia (2008), European Society of Cardiology (2011), and the Royal College of Physicians of Glasgow (2016).
