Dr. Gerard Nah is a senior consultant ophthalmologist with over 20 years of practice experience. He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of corneal and external diseases and refractive surgery. He also has a keen interest in aviation medicine with a Diploma in Aviation Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians of London.
He completed his medical degree at the University of Aberdeen (UK) and eye surgery training in Singapore under the Singapore Armed Forces postgraduate scholarship programme. He also trained as a clinical fellow at the University of British Columbia in Canada. Upon his return to Singapore, he served in the Republic of Singapore Military and Air Force for 20 years and established the military corneal refractive surgery programme as well as the SAF Vision Performance Centre. He was conferred a SAF ophthalmologist and aviation medicine consultant by the Ministry of Defence.

W Eye Clinic at the Suntec City Mall in Singapore is a private eye care centre specialising in LASIK, intra-ocular lens implants, TransPRK, SMILE, soft-touch PRK, and general eye care services. It is helmed by Dr. Gerard Nah, a senior consultant eye surgeon with subspecialty expertise in cornea, refractive surgery, and external diseases. He completed his medical degree at the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom and training in eye surgery in Singapore under the Singapore Armed Forces Postgraduate Scholarship programme. He also trained as a clinical Fellow at the University of British Columbia (Canada) and holds a Diploma in Aviation Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians of London. Dr. Nah served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force for more than 15 years before setting up his private practice. He is the founder of the SAF Vision Performance Centre and was the one to establish Singapore’s Military Corneal Refractive Surgery programmes.
