Dr. Jarrod Lee is a consultant gastroenterologist with clinical interests in endoscopy, digestive cancers, and pancreaticobiliary disorders. He is highly trained in advanced endoscopic procedures, including small bowel endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). His expertise in endoscopy was recognised in 2011 when he won the ASGE (the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy) award for endoscopy and became the first doctor from Southeast Asia to earn such honour.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore with an MBBS degree in 1998 and was accredited as a gastroenterology specialist in 2009. He then joined Khoo Tech Puat Hospital and was tasked to set up the hospital’s Endoscopy Centre and Division of Gastroenterology. In 2013, he left for private sector and established gutCARE in 2014.
