Dr. Andrew Loy Heng Chian is a fellowship-trained ENT surgeon currently practicing at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore. He has over 15 years of practice experience specialising in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex cases of ear, nose, and throat conditions and thyroid surgery.
He graduated from the University of London in 1993 with an MBBS degree. Following the completion of his postgraduate qualifications, he obtained fellowships of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) of Edinburgh and Glasgow in 1999. In 2003, he went to the United States to pursue his subspecialty training in head and neck surgery and surgical oncology at the University of Virginia. Upon his return to Singapore in 2004, he joined Tan Tock Seng Hospital as a consultant ENT surgeon.
Dr. Loy is a member of the Singapore Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Singapore Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore (FAMS) and the American Head and Neck Society.

The Ear Nose Throat Head & Neck Centre is a one-stop clinic that offers comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of common and complex ear, nose, and throat conditions. It features a fully equipped consultation room and minor operating theatre. It manages patients with voice disorders, nose and sinus infections, nasal allergies, tinnitus, ear and hearing problems, and throat disorders. The clinic also treats patients with thyroid, parotid, and salivary gland lumps, laryngopharyngeal or gastroesophageal reflux, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnoea. The clinic is helmed by Dr. Andrew Loy Heng Chian, an ENT specialist with more than 20 years of specialist practice experience.
