Dr. Sandeep Nayak is a board-certified general and oncological surgeon who completed his medical degrees at Kasturba Medical College. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom.
In 2011, he completed a fellowship in laparoscopic and robotic surgical oncology in Pune, India. He also completed various training programs on operative laparoscopy, palliative care, and basic trauma life support.
Dr. Nayak has in-depth experience in abdominal, gynaecological, thoracic, head and neck, breast, urogenital, and paediatric oncosurgeries as well as sarcoma surgeries, basic reconstruction procedures, and chemoport insertion. He is recognised as one of the pioneers of laparoscopic cancer treatment in Bangalore.
