Dr. Tay Hin Ngan is an ENT surgeon currently practicing at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore. He was subsequently appointed as a visiting scholar to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre’s endoscopic skullbase service. He also trained in robotic surgery in Korea before establishing Singapore General Hospital’s robotic head and neck surgery programme.

Aside from his clinical practice, Dr. Tay is also passionate about teaching and mentoring ENT surgeons. He is often invited to teach robotic approaches to transoral robotic surgery (TORS) for cancer, thyroidectomy, and OSA abroad, including Israel, Korea, and Malaysia.

Dr. Tay is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore (FAMS) and member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCS).
