<p>Dr. Norazlina Binti Bachik Ng completed her basic medical degree and Bachelor of Medical Science at the University Kebangsaan Malaysia. She then went on and completed her one-year internship at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang. She then received her extensive hands-on postgraduate training in ophthalmology at Hospital Kuala Lumpur and obtained her Masters in Ophthalmology in 2000. </p> <p>Prior to joining KPJ Pusat Pakar Mata Centre For Sight, Dr. Norazlina served as a medical officer in the Vascular and General Surgery Unit of Hospital Kuala Lumpur for three years and as a clinical specialist and lecturer at the Department of Ophthalmology (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia). She was also a part of Optimax Eye Specialist Centre, the leading refractive laser centre in the country in 2003. It was here where she gained extensive training, in-depth knowledge, and expertise in various refractive surgeries, which include surface ablations, blade LASIK, and femtosecond LASIK. She is also trained to perform ReLEx SMILE, a revolutionary flapless solution for shortsightedness. </p> <p>Dr. Norazlina has also special interest in paediatric ophthalmology and offers comprehensive eye care for children. Other eye diseases that she treats include age-related <a href="http://www.docdoc.com/info/condition/macular-degeneration">macular degeneration</a>, retinal hole and tears, glaucoma, and other general eye problems.</p> <p>Dr. Norazlina, who has been featured on many TV and radio educational programmes, is deeply committed to continuing education and is driven to further enhance her skills and knowledge. To stay updated with the current technologies and methods being used in ophthalmology, she makes it a point to regularly attend local and international congresses and conferences as an invited speaker, moderator, or participant.</p>
<p>Dr. Lai Voon Ping is one of the pioneer ophthalmic surgeons at KPJ Pusat Pakar Mata Centre For Sight (Petaling Jaya Branch) where he has been serving since 2006. He completed his basic medical degree at the University Sains Malaysia (1997) and his postgraduate training in ophthalmology and Master's in Ophthalmology at the University of Malaya. <p>Dr. Devaraj Supramaniam is a vitreoretinal surgeon currently practicing at KPJ Pusat Pakar Mata Centre For Sight located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. He is fellowship-trained and boasts extensive experience in treating various diseases that affect the retina and macula. He is also trained to perform cataract surgery and offers premium technology intraocular lenses to patients.
